Martha Anne Sestina's Obituary
Martha Anne Sestina, 87, of Culpeper died Thursday, June 19, 2008 at Our Father’s House Christian Home. She was born March 13, 1921 in Ridgeway, PA to the late Herman Curtis and Rose Gerg Minier.
Mrs. Sestina was a resident of Our Father’s House Christian Home and was a member of Jeffersonton Baptist Church. She was a beloved mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and devoted friend.
She is survived by her children, Dawn Elaine Jones of Reston, and Lynn M. Zett and her husband, John of Rixeyville, one brother, Peter George Minier and his wife, Helen of Michigan, three grandchildren, Jay Silvey, Jr. of Richmond, Alexander K. Jones of Pittsburgh, Gregory M. Jones of Rockville, MD, and two great grandchildren, Drew Silvey and Madeline Jones.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, William Alexander Sestina, one daughter, Judith Ann Silvey, and one grandchild, Curtis Andrew Silvey.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, June 23, 2008 at 2 p.m. at Culpeper National Cemetery.
