Marjorie Downs Sanborn's Obituary
Marjorie Downs Sanborn of Front Royal, VA passed away at Winchester Medical Center on Sunday, November 28, 2010 at 3:15 AM. She is survived by her husband of 60 years Melvin Sanborn. She is also survived by her children, Jim his wife, Dorothy, Teri, Michael his wife, Cheryl and Sandy and her late husband Charles. She had 3 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
She’s been a member of Manassas Seventh-day Adventist Church for 45 years, using her talents as a greeter and is known for her warm hugs. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, November 30, 2010 from 6:00-8:00 PM at Found and Sons Lee Funeral Chapel, 8521 Sudley Road, Manassas, VA 20109. The funeral service will be on Wednesday, December 1, 2010 at 11:00 AM at Manassas Seventh-day Adventist Church, 9858 Fairmont Ave., Manassas, VA 20109 with a graveside service to follow at Stanley Seventh-day Church in Stanley, VA at 3:30 PM.
