Marjorie June Pyne's Obituary
Marjorie June Pyne, 76 of Culpeper died Monday, May 31, 2010 at Culpeper Regional Hospital. Ms. Pyne was born in Clarke County, VA to the late James Wilton and Gertrude Elizabeth Person Pyne.
Miss Pyne attended Woodville Baptist Church. She loved her family, friends and her cat, Hope and will be dearly missed by all.
She is survived by her sister, Goldie Virginia Frazier of Warrenton.
Marjorie is also survived by her nieces and nephews, James Jr. and Barbara Pyne of Richardsville, Ronnie and Angie Pyne of Harpers Ferry, WV, Patty and Steve Giles of Brightwood, Becky and Doug Jenkins of Rixeyville, Thomas and Nancy Pyne of Lignum, Goldie and Billy Richard of Culpeper, Elizabeth and Thomas Fant of Brightwood, Tara and Brian Craft of Etlan and Marjorie and Glenn Sprouse of Madison.
Additional survivors include a special cousin, Margaret Woodward of Culpeper and a host of other nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, family and friends.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, June 3, 2010 from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Found and Sons Funeral Chapel, 850 Sperryville Pike, Culpeper, VA 22701.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 4, 2010 at 2 p.m. at Found and Sons Funeral Chapel, with Rev. Ronnie Lee Poe officiating.
Interment will follow in Hillcrest Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be her family.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Miss Pyne’s name to the American Cancer Society 2654 Valley Ave. Suite B, Winchester, VA 22601 and/or American Heart Association P.O. Box 5216 Glen Allen, VA 23058-5216.
