Remembering Marge as the ultimate, successful real estate agent at Long & Foster. She was so personable in her business, and was surely missed when she retired several years ago. Janet Kimbrell

DIckie,
Mom and I were sad to hear the news of your mother's passing! She was our realtor in Woodbridge when we moved back from Hawaii. Mom has very fond memories of Friday night football games In Woodbridge. We were blessed to know your mother.
With sympathy,
Bobby Oliver
I was so excited as a fairly new agent, when the cashier in Giant started talking to me and said she wanted to sell her house. My heart lifted and then she said "Do you know Marge Johnson?" We will be using her to help us sell. I said "Of course! Everyone knows Mrs. Real Estate- you are in good hands!!! ;-) These were easy words to say- What a great person and blessed to know. Marge helped me buy my first house in 1977 and she helped me sell it in 1979. I haven't seen her in many, many years. I do remember her as such a very nice person. I am so sorry for your loss. Judy
With great sadness I found out of Margie's passing, It broke my heart to know that a great lady, my friend my mentor, my business partner was gone.
I visited her over at the nursing home couple times, we laugh, we shared stories of our time together as partners ( as a matter of fact - she always called me partner).
She, you see had a great memory, she talked about my deceased hubby as if he was there with us. Now, there are in heaven being nutty!.
We talked about the times we had clients that made us work all day long because they had to buy a home right there and then in the mean time the only nourishment we entertain was bagels and coffee.
Ah! the times she was hospitalized and end up talking to one of the nurses into buying her house, she truly was the best!
The seller who was very tall needed us to view every inch of his 74 acre property. Never will I forget that's was the time I learn what a "cow pie" was.
Love you Marge! Will never forget your kindness to every one, to me, to our fellow agents, to everyone you new. you see Margie, there has never been a MS. REAL ESTATE as dear as you! your professionalism is no comparison to no one, your uniqueness and your great heart was only you.
Rest peacefully dear Lady! you will live in my heart for ever.

We were saddened to hear the sad news about Marge. We started our
Realtor careers about the same time in Woodbridge but at different companies and then we both moved South to the Fredericksburg area. We remained friends throughout our Realtor careers retiring in Fredericksburg. Marge was a great friend and a joy to work with and was always active in the Fredericksburg Area Association of Realtors.
She will be greatly missed by all of her buyers, sellers, colleagues and friends.
We loved and will miss you Marge.

I'm truly going to miss you Mom. You were my go to. When I needed to talk it out, vent, cry, you were who I went to. You had the love and patience for everyone. Well Mom, give Dad and Grandma a huge hug for me. You are finally comfortable. All my love, your favorite daughter, Patty
