Margaret Inez Radcliffe's Obituary
Margaret Inez Radcliffe, 94, of Fredericksburg passed away Wednesday, May 31, 2017 at her home.
Margaret’s family was the most important thing to her. She was known as Granny to everyone that knew her.
Margaret was a longtime member of Spotswood Baptist Church. She was an avid reader and also enjoyed bowling, doing puzzles, and quilting in her younger years.
Margaret is survived by two daughters, Patricia Anne Meredith and her husband, Jack of Fredericksburg, and Kathleen I. Radcliffe of Woodbridge; two sons, Michael R. Radcliffe and his wife, Janice of Virginia Beach, and Christopher M. Radcliffe and his wife, Barbara of Daytona Beach, FL; four grandchildren, Laurie Ball and her husband, Trey of North Carolina, Louie Eichenbaum and his wife, Martha of Fredericksburg, Matthew Radcliffe of Richmond and Jackie Whitfield of Tappahannock; six great-grandchildren, Zoee, Ethan, Zaylie, Lily, Kyra, and Perry; close family friends, Diane and James McCaleb; as well as numerous nieces and nephews; and a host of other family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William Otis Radcliffe.
Margaret’s family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Tuesday, June 6, 2017 at Found and Sons Funeral Chapel, 10719 Courthouse Road, Fredericksburg, with the funeral service beginning at 12:00 p.m. Interment will follow in Quantico National Cemetery.
