Margaret Della Burke's Obituary
Margaret Della Burke, 85, of Fredericksburg passed away Monday, December 17, 2012. She was born on her family's farm in Frederick, MD January 10, 1927.
Margaret graduated from Frederick High School. She had a long career as a bookkeeper and later as an antique dealer in retirement. Her hobbies included working with stained glass and antique collecting, especially glass. She enjoyed and was active in her church.
She is preceded in heaven by her parents, three sisters and brother. She is survived by her son, Michael and his wife, Suzie; four grandchildren, Jennifer and her husband, David, Sean, Nicholas and his wife, Nilofar, Megan and her husband, Timothy; and four great-grandchildren, Lance, Katlyn, Jazzalyn and Abigail.
Margaret’s family will receive friends from 6:00 ~ 8:00 p.m. Friday, December 21, 2012 at Found and Sons Funeral Chapel-Cremation Service, 10719 Courthouse Road, Fredericksburg, VA. A memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, December 22, 2012 at Resurrection Lutheran Church, 6170 Plank Road, Fredericksburg, VA.
In lieu of flowers, Margaret family requests that expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to her memorial fund at Resurrection Lutheran Church, 6170 Plank Road, Fredericksburg VA 22407.
