Margaret Elizabeth Blincoe, 93, of Culpeper died Friday, April 13, 2012, at the Culpeper Baptist Retirement Community in Culpeper. A private memorial service will be held at a later date. Found and Sons Funeral Chapel of Culpeper is handling the arrangements.
