Marcia Ann Butler's Obituary
The world has lost a beloved wife, mother, devoted grandmother and mother-in-law. Marcia Ann Butler, 71, of Rapidan, died Sunday February 5, 2023 at University Medical Center. She was born March 29, 1951 in Waverly, New York to the late Arthur and Arlene Casterline.
Marcia enjoyed gardening, canning, and going to Jenkins’ Orchard. She especially loved spending time with her two grandchildren and four grand fur babies. She loved to vacation at Myrtle Beach with her family. She also enjoyed going shopping with her daughter in law and to take her granddaughter shopping. She will be missed behind words.
She is survived by her husband of 55 years Judson Rea Butler; her sons Jonathan Rhett Butler and Stephen Shane Butler and wife Chrystal Butler; grandchildren, Tucker Daniel Butler and Gracie Elizabeth Butler; and her favorite nephew, John Burton.
In addition to her parents, Marcia is preceded in death by one sister, Gail Burton.
Services will be private and held with her family.
