Lynis Fay McGuin's Obituary
Lynis F. McGuin, 67, of Stafford County died Thursday, August 10, 2006 at her home.
Lynis was born in Arlington, VA to the late Ellner and George Washington Harris.
She enjoyed crocheting, making quilts, doing needlepoint and baking.
Lynis is survived by her husband of 30 years, Charles Raymond McGuin; a son, Floyd W. Hill, Jr. and his wife, Samantha of Stafford; two daughters, Dorothy Smith and her husband, Daniel Leon and Avril Fay Kidd and her husband, Denver Eugene, all of King George; ten grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by here parents and her sister, Freda M. Jenkins.
The family will receive friends on Monday, August 14, 2006 from 7:00-9:00 pm at Found and Sons Funeral Chapels-Cremation Service, corner of Courthouse Road and Southpoint Parkway. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, August 15, 2006 at 11:00 am at Found and Sons Funeral Chapels. Interment will follow in Sunset Memorial Gardens.
Pallbearers will be Robert Bennett, Sr., Robert Bennett, Jr., Floyd Daniel Hill, Denver Kidd, Jr., Bruce Jenkins, Jr. and George Jenkins and Jake Kidd as an honorary pallbearer.
