Lucy Elizabeth Stringfellow's Obituary
Lucy Elizabeth Stringfellow, 76, of Culpeper, died Thursday, December 1, 2022 at Culpeper Health and Rehab. She was born March 11, 1946 in Flint Hill, VA to the late Pete and Helen Smelser.
Lucy was the loving mother of seven children. She was always kind and caring to everyone she met.
She is survived by six children, Shelby Elkins, Linda Stringfellow, Jason Stringfellow, Crystal Stringfellow, Michelle Dodson, and Carl Stringfellow; grandchildren, Jasmine Stringfellow, Angel Johnson, Jessica Brianna Stringfellow, Brian Stringfellow Johnson, Charles Dodson, Jr., Henry Dodson, and Diana Dodson.
In addition to her parents, Lucy is preceded in death by her husband, Bernard Junior Stringfellow; and one child, Peggy Gallihugh.
A celebration of life will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, December 6, 2022 at Found and Sons Funeral Chapel, 850 Sperryville Pike, Culpeper, VA.
