Loyal Gabriel Bouchard's Obituary
Loyal Gabriel Bouchard, 85, of Culpeper, VA died Tuesday, September 1, 2015 at Our Fathers House Christian Home. He was born January 29, 1930 in Altona, NY to the late Gabriel and Hildred Gardner Bouchard.
Mr. Bouchard was an avid fisherman and hunter, passing his knowledge onto others. He was a Marine biologist having retired from the U. S. Government with the Department N.O.A.A.
Mr. Bouchard is survived by his wife, Kathleen Parker Bouchard; four stepchildren, Mike Kearney, Patrick Kearney, Thomas Kearney and Brian Kearney, his two children, from his first marriage; Valerie and Mark Bouchard and one child with his second marriage, Leo Gabriel Bouchard.
Mr. Bouchard is also survived by his five siblings; one brother Charles G. Bouchard and his wife Sharon, four sisters; Joyce Battaglini, Joan Oldenburg, Barbara Hislop and Candice Bouchard.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his first wife, Kathleen T. Bouchard.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held at 9am on Wednesday, September 9, 2015 at Holy Angel Catholic Church, 523 Devils Den Rd. Altona, New York.
Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
