Louis William Pound's Obituary
Louis William Pound, 78, formerly of Elkwood, VA died on Thursday, January 25, 2007 at Augusta Medical Center in Fishersville, VA. He was born on August 13, 1928 in Culpeper County to the late Robert Whitney Pound and Susie Whitlock Pound.
He is survived by his siblings, Evelyn Postans and her husband, Bob of Richmond, Whitney W. Pound of Elkwood, Barbara Aylor and her husband, John of Culpeper, Peggy Ford and her husband, Yancey of Winston Salem, NC, and Bernard C. Pound and his wife, Linda of Mechanicsville.
A private graveside service will be held in Fairview Cemetery with longtime friend Rev. Raymond L. Brown officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in his name to First Century Baptist Church, 19191 Batna Rd., Culpeper, VA 22701.
