Louise Sisk Whitlock's Obituary
Louise Sisk Whitlock, 94, of Culpeper, Virginia passed away on Friday, July 26, 2013 at Culpeper Health and Rehabilitation Center.
She was born December 20, 1918 in Rappahannock County to the late Ashby Sisk and Bertha Leake Sisk.
Mrs. Whitlock retired from Southern Sewing and was a member of Woodland United Methodist Church.
She was the beloved mother of three children, Jean Tutwiler and her husband, William, of Culpeper, Kenneth Whitlock and his wife, Joyce Ann, also of Culpeper, and Jerry W. Whitlock and his wife, Irma, of Elkwood. Seven grandchildren also survive, including Karen Whitlock of Culpeper, Anthony “Tony” Whitlock of Fort Lauderdale, Florida, Jerry G. Whitlock and his wife, Laura, of Culpeper, Deborah Dunbar and her husband, Timothy, of Culpeper, Dustin Whitlock and his fiance’, Heather Carter, of Woodbridge, and Cody Whitlock of Elkwood. Also surviving are five great-grandchildren, Ashley Rose Wharton and her husband, Mark, of Culpeper, Chase Dunbar of Madison, Kaitlin Elizabeth Harris of Culpeper, and Taylor and Aiden Whitlock of Woodbridge.
She is also survived by a brother, Floyd Sisk and his wife, Jeanette, of Culpeper.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by three sisters and two brothers.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, July 30, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. at Fairview Cemetery with Rev. Wayne Yowell officiating.
