Louise Seay's Obituary
Louise Virginia Seay, 86, of Fredericksburg, passed away on Saturday, September 27, 2008 at Wilburn Gardens.
Born in Fredericksburg to the late Albert and Lucy Owens, she was the widow of Carl T. Seay. Louise was a 50 year member of Eastland United Methodist Church where she served on many committees. Louise enjoyed traveling, shopping, going to the senior citizen centers, attending church homecomings, and was an avid bingo player at the local McDonald’s. She was always a good friend; everyone thought she was a good kind person.
Louise is survived by her three daughters, Carol Hutchison and her husband Neil of Spotsylvania, Linda Seay of Caroline, and Wanda Pittman and her husband Bobby of Spotsylvania; five grandchildren, Carla Owens, Amy Hall, Erin, Joshua and Jeremy Pittman; two great-grandchildren, William and Matthew Owens; and a sister, Edith Atkins of Spotsylvania; along with numerous nieces and nephews. Louise was a loving mother, grandmother, and will be dearly missed by all her family and friends.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, October 1, 2008 from 7:00 – 9:00pm at Found and Sons Funeral Chapels ~ Cremation Service, 10719 Courthouse Road, Fredericksburg. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 2, 2008 at 11:00am at the funeral home with the Rev. Deborah Mcneill officiating. Burial will follow the service at Oak Hill Cemetery, Fredericksburg. Her pallbearers will be Joshua Pittman, Jeremy Pittman, Jonathan Pittman, Michael Hudson, Troy Hudson, and Kevin Hudson.
