Louise R. Lewis' Obituary
On Friday, December 30th, 2022, Louise R. Lewis of Fredericksburg, journeyed to her Father in Heaven.
Louise was educated in the Fredericksburg City public school system and retired as civilian staff at the Quantico Marine Corps base. She was a lifetime member of Shiloh Old Site Baptist Church and proudly sang in the choir for many years. Louise enjoyed taking road trips to her favorite places in the mountains and to the beach.
She was preceded in death by her parents and ten siblings.
Mrs. Lewis is survived by her daughters Gwen E. Rowe and Cassandra Hilliard, beloved grandson Leonard Rowe, sister Patsy Brooks, and a host of nieces and nephews. The family would like to add extended family consideration to caregivers, Sandra Colleen Willis and Adelaide Parker, whom Louise cherished as family.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date and the family will make a formal announcement.
