Linda Ann Noakes' Obituary
Linda Ann Noakes, 49, of Culpeper died Saturday, April 26, 2008 at INOVA Fairfax Hospital. She was born August 14, 1958 in Washington, D.C. to the late James and Betty Parker.
Linda was a member of KOG Deliverance Ministry in Culpeper. Cooking was her hobby in which she loved to cook for her family and friends and was also a dietician for the Culpeper Baptist Retirement Community. Her laugh was contagious and she will be missed by all.
She is survived by her husband and longtime companion of 34 years, Dallas Noakes, one son, Dallas Lydell Parker and his wife, Mary of Herndon, granddaughter, Allyhah D. Parker of Herndon, and five siblings, James, Lilly, Lena, Charles, and Eugena Parker.
The family will receive friends on Friday, May 2, 2008 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Found and Sons Funeral Chapel, 850 Sperryville Pike, Culpeper, VA.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 3, 2008 at 2 p.m. at Found and Sons Funeral Chapel with Pastor Gregory Simpson officiating.
Interment will follow in Canaan Baptist Church Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made in Linda’s name to the KOG Deliverance Ministry, 121 E. Culpeper St., Culpeper, VA 22701.
