Linda Jean Shelton Robertson's Obituary
Linda Jean Shelton Robertson, 72, of Rixeyville died Wednesday, November 13, 2019 at Fauquier Hospital. She was born March 30, 1947 in Alexandria to the late Reid and Margaret Berry Shelton.
Mrs. Robertson was active in church her entire life. She taught Sunday school and VBS, played the piano and shared her beautiful voice singing. She was most recently a member of Culpeper United Methodist Church.
She is survived by her husband of 54 years, her high school sweetheart and love of her life, Chris Robertson; three children, Michelle Wolfe (Terry Sr.) of Culpeper, Christopher Robertson (Megan) of Warrenton, and Steven Robertson of Warrenton; one sister, Patty Scogin Johnson (Darryl) of Heartford, VA; seven grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, November 17, 2019 at 3 p.m. at Found and Sons Funeral Chapel, 850 Sperryville Pike, Culpeper, VA with Chaplain Jim Perry officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
