Linda Hereford's Obituary
Linda Mauck Hereford, 79, of Irvine, KY, passed away Thursday, April 11, 2013 at Richmond Health and Rehab-Madison in Richmond, KY.
She was born on February 1, 1934, in Linden, VA, the daughter of the late Elonze and Laura Frances Carter Mauck. She was a former employee of Prince William Hospital in Manassas, VA.
She is survived by her husband, Marvin R. Hereford; one daughter, Debbie Pittman (Eugene), of Reedville, VA; one son, Marvin S. Hereford (Becky), of Irvine, KY; two grandchildren, Russell Pittman (Jennifer) of Roanoke, VA and Gayle Hereford, of Irvine, KY; and one great-grandchild, Madelyn Pittman.
She was preceded in death by four brothers: Nesbit Mauck, Algie Mauck, Eric Mauck and Randolph Mauck; and five sisters: Mildred Hereford, Betty Morris, Mary Hall, Edna Dotson and Mae Mauck.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, April 16, 2013 from 7 to 9 pm at Found and Sons Funeral Chapel, 850 Sperryville Pike, Culpeper.
A funeral service will be held Wednesday, April 17, 2013 at 11 am at Found and Sons Funeral Chapel.
Interment will follow in the Linden Churchill Cemetery, in Warren County, VA.
