Lester "Tiny" Warner's Obituary
Lester “Tiny” Warner went home to be with the lord on Thursday, September 5, 2019 following a courageous battle with cancer.
Tiny will be remembered for his vibrant storytelling and caring nature to all. He remained grounded in his faith in God even during the most trying of times. He enjoyed trips to West Virginia with his nephews, and spending time with those he cherished most, his family.
Tiny is survived by three children, Amy Nuckoles of Fredericksburg, Christina Warner of Stafford County, and Paul Warner of Colorado; six grandchildren, Kamerin Nuckoles, Neveah Epps, Jayden Nuckoles, Brittany Warner, Shawna Bailey, and Amber Brookman; two great grandchildren, Shayla and Jordan Daniels; his long term companion, Betty Brookman; sisters, Patricia Paytes (Alvin), Louise Otto, Edith Smith (Sonny) and Shirley Marks; brother, Grant Warner; and his many nieces and nephews, including, Gary Paytes, Eddie Otto and Kenneth Smith.
He was preceded in death by grandson, Joey Epps and parents, Ocie Warner and Theresa Birch Warner.
A memorial service will be held at 3:00 p.m. Wednesday, September 18, 2019 at Found and Sons Funeral Chapel, 10719 Courthouse Road, Fredericksburg. Tiny’s family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
