Lester ''Billy'' Frazier's Obituary
Lester William '' Billy'' Frazier 59, passed away peacefully at his home in Elkwood ,VA Friday May 22,2015. He was born April 16,1956 in Remington, VA to the late Albert Frazier and is survived by his mother Helen Jane Sisk Frazier. He is also survived by 3 sisters Teresa Bowles of Warrenton, Joan McNabb and Nancy Hurt of Remington.
Services will be conducted at a later time for friends and family at Remington Cemetery .
Found and Sons Funeral Chapels and Cremation Service of Culpeper is serving the family.
The family would like to express sincere appreciation for all the donations given for his final expenses.
