Lesley May Ridgway's Obituary
Lesley May Ridgway, 73, of Culpeper passed away Wednesday, November 11, 2020 at her home. She was born in an English town called Sandbach, on July 14, 1947, to her late parents James and Joan Thornton who were of Scottish and Welsh descent.
Lesley and Bryan moved to Culpeper in 1989. She remained a British citizen proudly in her heart, body, and mind.
Lesley is survived by her husband of 47 years, Bryan Ridgway; daughter, Heather Lennox (Matthew); sister, Marilyn Thompson ((Michael); brother, James Thornton (Carol); four grandchildren, James, Ione, Zachary and Evan Lennox; two nieces, Kimberly and Isabelle; and two nephews, Andrew and Christopher; and sister-in-law Wendy Winstanley.
A funeral service will be held at 12 p.m., November 17, 2020 at Found and Sons Funeral Chapel. Due to COVID-19 mandates, masks are required upon entering the building.
