Leonard Conley McCoy's Obituary
Leonard Conley McCoy, 81, of Forest, VA died Saturday, February 23, 2019 at Centra Lynchburg General Hospital. He was born May 23, 1937 in Tazwell, VA to the late Harley and Mary Hicks McCoy.
He is survived by two sons, Rodney McCoy (Wanda), and John McCoy (Laura); two brothers, Chester McCoy (Susan), and Larry McCoy; and two grandchildren, Alexsis Rogers and John McCoy, Jr.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Betty Houser McCoy; and four sisters, Delores Miller, Nancy Blevins, Joquetta Wagner and Gloria Soyers.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, February 27, 2019 at 12 p.m. at Found and Sons Funeral Chapel, 850 Sperryville Pike, Culpeper, VA with Mike Morgan officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
Interment will follow in Hillcrest Memory Gardens.
