Lawrence Russell Danes' Obituary
Lawrence Russell Danes, 63 of Culpeper died Thursday, October 28, 2010 at the University of Virginia Medical Center. He was born in Anchorage, Alaska on July 23, 1947 to the late Lewis Elmer Danes and Doris Latona Russell Danes.
Mr. Danes was a veteran of the United States Navy and served in Vietnam.
Lawrence is survived by a beloved companion, Janet Johnson, two sons, Russell William Danes and his wife, Jacqueline and Richard Lawrence Danes and one granddaughter, Hanna Danes.
He is also survived by his brother, Fredric Lewis Danes and his wife, Pushpa of Augusta, Georgia and three nieces.
A time of remembrance will be held Monday, November 1, 2010 from 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm at Found and Sons Funeral Home with a memorial service being held at 7:00 pm with Pastor Jeff Light officiating.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, November 3, 2010 at National Memorial Park at 1 p.m.
