Lauren Nicole Payne's Obituary
Lauren Nicole Payne, 15, of Warrenton, died peacefully on Saturday, January 22, 2011 at INOVA Fairfax Hospital.
Lauren blessed this world with her birth on August 22, 1995 in Culpeper.
Lauren is survived by her parents, Wanda M. Payne and Alan E. Banks and her brother Jayden Banks all of Warrenton. Her maternal grandparents, Albert and Barbara Payne of Washington, paternal grandparents, Everett and Marjorie Banks of Stafford, her maternal great-grandparents, Bobby and Eva Menefee, maternal and paternal aunts and uncles; Sharon and David Dodson of Sperryville, Melissa and Nathan Cotton of Culpeper, Albert, Jr. and Andrea Payne of Amissville, Benjamin Hamm of Ladysmith, Avis and Jimmy Wyrick of Woodbridge and Bruce Banks of Stafford, thirteen cousins; Cody, Brittani, Benjamin, Abigail, Daniel, Nathanael, Ashlyn, Austin, Madrice, Tianna, Brittany, Travis and Bruce, Jr.. Not to mention, many other family, close friends and those who loved her and supported her throughout her life and those who will continue to hold her close in their hearts.
Lauren is preceded in death by her great grandparents Oscar and Annie Belle Payne and Nelson Jenkins, Sr..
The family will receive friends from 6-8p.m. on Tuesday, January 25, 2011 at Found and Sons Funeral Chapels of Culpeper, 850 Sperryville Pike, Culpeper.
A funeral service will be held at 11a.m. on Wednesday, January 26, 2011 at Found and Sons Funeral Chapels of Culpeper with the Pastor Albert Payne officiating, with Pastor Jon Heddleston assisting.
Interment will follow at the Bright View Cemetery in Warrenton.
Pallbearers named are Alan Banks, David Dodson, Cody Dodson, Albert Payne, Jr., Nathan Cotton and Thomas Dawson. Honorary Pallbearers named are Carl Payne, Kip Hull, Kenny Buracker, Ben Vickers, Rick Settle, Scott Harris and Doug Bennett.
