Settle, Sr. of Culpeper, Virginia, her firstborn, whom she loved dearly; her daughter, Ginger Kay Settle, who was not only her daughter but also one of her closest friends; and her stepdaughter, Angela Cribb (Matt) of Fredericksburg, Virginia. Laura was also blessed with seven grandchildren, two step-grandchildren, and two great-grandsons, whom she adored.
She is also survived by her two brothers, Michael R. Breeden (Christine) of Brightwood, Virginia, and Carl J. Breeden, Jr. of Culpeper, Virginia.

Laura treasured her many friendships and especially loved her dear friends Joyce Hoffman, Subrena Breeden, and Rose Fletcher.
