Rev. Larry D. White's Obituary
On Wednesday, January 14, 2026, at 1:55 pm, God dispatched one of his angels to bring Rev. Larry Darrnel White home to his eternal resting place. He transitioned peacefully at his residence in Warrenton, Virginia at the age of 70. No more pain. Now praising God forever.
He leaves to cherish his wife (Dedria Lazette Bournes White), children, Johnta D. White (Najel); Javier L. White; Jovante’ B. White; Jalen S. White; bonus children: Stanley R. Conley, Jr. (Vincentoria); Shannon R. Conley; father, Rev. John T. White (Emily); mother (Marie Bruner Kyles) and siblings: sisters, LaDeidre White Fant; Donna White Stigler, Yolanda Thibodeaux (Rev. Kenneth); Debra Williams (Dwight); Nancee Henry (Bishop Obadiah); Gloria Kyles, Bonita Thomas, Cassandra Curry (Anthony); bonus sister and cousin Marcella Perry (Rev. Dr. Paul); brothers: Leroy Bruner (Sophia); Demetrius White; Jonathan White (Dawn); Rev. Dr. Chad White, Sr. (Eleanora); Chad Morris, and bonus brother and cousin LTC (Ret) Darius White (Dr. Latechia).
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, February 3, 2026 at 11 a.m. at Oak Shade Baptist Church, 3287 Old Catlett Road, Catlett, VA. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
Pallbearers serving the family will be Deacon Gilbert Slaughter, Deacon Paul Thomas, Trustee Boyd Sprow, Trustee Robert Shelton, Brother Rodney Williams, Trustee Randy Lansdowne, and Deacon Gerald Wright.
Honorary Pallbearer serving the family is Brother William Drisdell.
