Larry Nicky Meredith's Obituary
Larry “Nicky” Meredith, 75, of Reva, VA, died Monday, February 17, 2025, at his home. He was born May 24, 1949, in Lee County, VA to the late Edward and Mabel Meredith.
Nicky was a simple man who loved his family with his whole heart. He especially enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren and watching all of their sports events, even when his health began to decline.
Nicky was also a member of First Century Baptist Church.
He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Judith Lynn Meredith; three sons, Eric Meredith (Christina), Joshua Meredith (Mandi), and Jordan Meredith (Erlene); five grandchildren, Morgan, Josie, Lucas, Savannah, and Max; one brother, Bobby Meredith (Linda); three sisters-in-law, Ruby Meredith, Betty Meredith, Cindy Nicholson, one brother-in-law, Pete Nicholson; and numerous nieces, nephews, and other extended family.
In addition to his parents, Nicky is preceded in death by five brothers, Hughie Stanley Meredith, Leonard Echol Meredith, Gene Autry Meredith, Thomas Edward Meredith, and Billy David Meredith; and two grandchildren, Wyatt and Allison Meredith.
A funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, February 24, 2025, at First Century Baptist Church, 19191 Batna Rd, Culpeper, VA with Pastor Lee Brown officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
Interment will follow at Fairview Cemetery. Pallbearers serving the family will be Jeremy Meredith, Matt Jenkins, Dalton Jenkins, Adam Meredith, Andrew Gordon, and Shane Meredith.
