LaDonna Anne Jones' Obituary
LaDonna Anne Jones went to be with the Lord on December 10, 2023. She was at peace and passed away next to her loving husband of 57 years, Earle Walter Jones, Jr.
LaDonna was the wonderful mother to her sons, Steven (Krystal), and Alan (Andrea); and grandmother to Kathleen, Kevin, Samantha, Carol, Christopher, Ethan, and Aaron.
LaDonna is also survived by her brothers, Arvis Griggs (Martha) of Fort Myers, Florida, and Ronald Griggs (Rhuye) of Magnolia, Arkansas.
She was preceded in death by her parents and four siblings.
Always the educator, LaDonna dedicated her life to teaching her students, sons, and grandchildren. She mostly taught in Christian schools in Pensacola, Florida; Sasebo, Japan; Shreveport, Louisiana; and in the Tidewater region of Virginia.
LaDonna loved and worshiped the Lord and is now living in glory with Him.
She will be buried at Quantico National Cemetery in Triangle, Virginia.
In lieu of flowers, we would like to suggest that donations be made to Alzheimer’s research.
