Kimberly Anne Leake's Obituary
Kimberly Anne Leake, 54, of Culpeper, passed away Monday, November 21, 2022 at Novant Health Systems UVA Culpeper Hospital. She was born January 2, 1968 in Norfolk, VA to Marvin and Deborah Sawyer.
Kimberly was a devoted wife, grandmother, and caretaker.
Her favorite pastimes were helping her husband on their cattle farm, cooking & canning, and being with and teaching her grandchildren the ways of the farm life. She touched the lives of many during her nursing career and gained a multitude of friendships along the way.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by her husband of 31 years, Daniel Leake; her children, Ray Leake, DJ Leake, and Alexis Frye (Alexander); and her grandchildren, Jennifer, Christopher, Tyler, Daniel Cole (D.C.) Daniel, III, and Daniella.
Kimberly is preceded in death by her step-daughter, Amber Pitkin and grandparents, Peggy & Jack Settle.
A memorial service will be held Thursday, December 1. 2022 at 11 a.m. at Found and Sons Funeral Chapel of Culpeper, 850 Sperryville Pike, Culpeper, VA. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
