Kevin Paul Rice's Obituary
Kevin Paul Rice, 47, of Culpeper died at his residence on Tuesday, May 13, 2014. He was born on November 7, 1966 at Fauquier Hospital to Ethel Ann Lawson Rice and the late Percy Rudolph Rice.
Paul was a lifelong resident of Culpeper. He was a hardworking man who always had a friendly smile and a helping hand for everyone. He enjoyed fishing, listening to music and spending time with friends and family. Paul loved NASCAR and was a diehard Redskin fan. He will be terribly missed by all who knew him.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by his sister, Ruth Rice Hooper and her husband, James; his brother, Tommy Rice; and two nephews, Clayton Rice and Cody Hooper.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 PM on Tuesday, May 20, 2014 at Found and Sons Funeral Chapel, 850 Sperryville Pike, Culpeper, VA 22701.
A funeral service will be held at Found and Sons Funeral Chapel at 2 PM on Wednesday, May 21 with Rev. Philip Walker officiating.
Burial will follow on Thursday at 12 pm at Cedar Hill Cemetery, 1521 South Carpenter Drive, Covington, VA 24426.
Memorial contributions may be made in his name to his mother Ethel Rice, 213 Jenkins Ave. Culpeper, VA 22701.
