Keri Jo Tharpe's Obituary
Keri Jo Tharpe (Davis), 51, of Locust Grove, VA, passed away on Monday, January 26, 2026, at her residence under hospice and family care. This was a recent decision made by Keri, supported by her family, after persevering years of terminal illness.
Born September 15, 1974, to Michael Steven Davis and Barbara Jo Jenkins in Bellefountain, OH; Keri is preceded in death by her son, Matthew (Matt) Linville, and her father, Michael (Mike) Davis. May they be eternally reunited; free of pain and filled with peace.
Keri Jo is survived by her daughter, Casey Jo Shrout; Grandson, Lucas Langhorne; mother, Barb Jenkins; step father, Rick Jenkins; step mother, Denise Davis; siblings, Corey Davis, Alyssa Walker, and Josh Davis; nephews and nieces, Austin Davis, Remington Davis, Scarlett Davis, and Logan Davis; alongside many additional family and friends.
The family wishes to express their heartfelt appreciation to Keri’s friends and family of Micron, her place of employment for many years.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, March 7, 2026, at 12 p.m. at Found and Sons Funeral Chapel of Culpeper, 850 Sperryville Pike, Culpeper, VA. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
