Kenneth William Payne Sr.'s Obituary
Kenneth William (Skeeter) Payne, Sr., 70, of Fredericksburg, passed away Friday August 23, 2013 at Golden Living.
Kenneth worked for many years at the Ft. Belvoir fire department and also with the Falmouth volunteer fire department. He was also a member of the Falmouth Baptist Church.
Kenneth is survived by his son, Kenneth Payne, Jr. and his wife, Tracey; a daughter, Melissa Ferrara and her husband, Frank; three brothers, Gary Payne and wife, Carolyn, Alfred Payne and his wife, Rita and Michael Payne; two sisters, Janet Cox and Gloria Chittum; his sister-in-law, Gloria Payne; six grandchildren, five great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
Kenneth was preceded in death by his brothers, Lloyd and Robert.
Services will be private.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Kenneth’s memory may be made to the Falmouth Cemetery maintenance fund, c/o W.G. Shelton Jr., 2220 Warrenton Rd., Fredericksburg, VA 22406.
