Kenny was truly one of my favorite residents while working at Rappahannock Area Community Services board. He had such a tough shell but truly the sweetest guy. I’ll miss him tremendously & so glad I was able to visit him a few times just prior to his passing. Rest easy bud🤍
I remember Kenny when I was growing up remember going over to his parents house many days with my mom in the evenings. He was always happy and smiling and ready to play outside. Over the years as we both grew up he would come by the house to see my mom and dad on the Fourth of July and always get his plate of food that we had ready for him. He was a sweet kind soul may you rest in peace Kenny!

Fond memories of my uncle Kenny -- his face always lit up when he saw me or my brother. He loved his Redskins and watching horse races! I've uploaded some pictures that my mom had and some that I could find as well for everyone to look thru :)
