Keith Travis Roberson Sr.'s Obituary
Keith T. Roberson Sr., 79 of White Oak, Virginia went to be with our Lord and Savior on June 22, 2023 after a brief illness. He was born in Stafford, Virginia on February 10, 1944 to Meneffee and Elinor Reeve Roberson.
Keith was a loving son, brother, husband, dad, PopPop and friend to many. He was a devoted family man always willing to help anyone in need. Keith was an avid hunter and fisherman, and loved being out in the woods calling turkeys or listening to the dogs run. He enjoyed coaching his son’s baseball and football teams when they were young and always supported them in any way he could.
Keith retired from Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division after 32 years of service as a fire Alarm Technician/Electrician. He was in the 229th Brigade of the Virginia National Guard (Fredericksburg), as well as a member of the Patawomeck Indian Tribe.
Keith is survived by his two sons, Travis (Tiffanie), and Kevin (Stephanie); brother, Lehmer of Fredericksburg; sister, Judy Jett of Fredericksburg; three grandchildren, Brayden, Gage, and Max; and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Linda Harrell Roberson; his parents, Meneffee and Elinor Roberson; sister, June Roberson Goodman; and brother, Jerry Roberson.
The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 p.m. Thursday, June 29, 2023 at Found and Sons Funeral Chapel, 10719 Courthouse Road, Fredericksburg. A funeral service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday, June 30, 2023 in the funeral home chapel. Burial will follow in Oak Hill Cemetery.
