Kathleen Smith, 59, of Fredericksburg, Virginia, passed away on Friday, June 13, 2025 following complications as a result of her diagnosis with adrenoleukodystrophy. Kathleen was born in Bridgeport, Connecticut in 1965 to Sandra Read Obituary
Kathleen's passing is very sad. She was always, to me, the happiest helpful nicest person she could be. She really helped me succeed in high school and always encouraged me to be my best. My deepest sympathies to Dennis, Beth, her Dad and her family and pets. God bless You all. Love, Buzzy.
