Katherine Hewitt's Obituary
Katherine June Jenkins Hewitt 88 of Alexandria who died on Sunday February 1, 2009 at Fort Washington Hospital, Fort Washington, Maryland. She was born July 31, 1920 in Colonial Beach, Va.
Mrs Hewitt loved to travel and shop, she also volunteered at Alexandria Hospital.
She is survived by her daughter Jean B. Payne and husband Roy, a son James L. Berry and his wife Gwen, her step children Shirley Fike and her husband Dave and William Hewitt, Jr.
Additional survivors include her 3 granddaughters Robin James and her husband Mark, Terri Green and her husband Zack, Melody Mayes and her husband Steve, 5 great grandsons Matt, Justin, Jeremy, Robbie and Cameron and a special friend Charles Triplett
She was preceded in death by her husband William Hewitt, Sr.
