Katherine Cora Lee Doak
Katherine Cora Lee Doak, 74, (Known as Kitty Doak) died peacefully Wednesday September 16, 2015 at the Meadowbrook Assisted Living in Reva VA.
Kitty was born on January 18, 1941 in Washington D. C. to the late Marshall A and Vera Coakley Doak.
Kitty grew up in Clifton, VA and graduated from Fairfax High School in Fairfax. She attended Kent State University and worked briefly in Washington D.C.
Kitty moved with her parents to Culpeper, VA in 1962. She spent her last years at Meadowbrook Assisted Living in Reva VA.
Kitty is survived by her first cousins Jean Helwig of Flintstone, GA, Catherine Newton of Wilmington, NC, and Ruth Ann Hopkins of St Louis, MI.
A graveside funeral service will be held at 11am on Monday, September 21, 2015 at Fairview Cemetery, 848 Sperryville Pike, Culpeper, VA 22701 where she will lie next to her parents.
