Kate P. Johnson's Obituary
Kate P. Johnson, 89, of Fredericksburg passed away Thursday, September 27, 2012 at INOVA Alexandria Hospital.
Kate is survived by two sons, David Johnson, Jr. of Fredericksburg and Arthur T. Johnson of Texas; two sisters, Louise Lewis of Spotsylvania County and Patsy Brooks of Henrico County; two brothers, Franklin Parker of Michigan and John Parker of Maryland; four grandchildren; two great-grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Patsy Parker and her husband, David Johnson.
Friends may call from 9:30 a.m.-4:00 p.m. Saturday, October 6, 2012 at Found and Sons Funeral Chapels-Cremation Service, 10719 Courthouse Road, Fredericksburg. A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, October 7, 2012 at Shiloh (Old Site) Baptist Church, 801 Sophia Street, Fredericksburg with the Rev. Lawrence Davies officiating. Interment will be held Tuesday, October 9, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. in Quantico National Cemetery.
