Justin Michael "Jay V" Van Patten's Obituary
Justin Michael “Jay V” Van Patten, 34, of Culpeper died Saturday, July 15, 2017 at his residence. He was born May 10, 1983 in Alliance, OH to Ronald Van Patten, Sr. and Naomi Phillips.
Jay V enjoyed fishing, bowling and hanging out with his nephew. He loved his family and they loved him.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his stepfather, Alvin Mullins; three brothers, Ronald Van Patten, Jr. and his wife, Zara of Manassas, Jonathan Van Patten and Patrick Van Patten, both of York, NE; his grandmother, Shirley Van Patten; two nephews, Elijah and Kristopher Van Patten; and numerous aunts and uncles.
The family will hold a memorial service on Saturday, July 22, 2017 at 12 pm at Chapel Springs Church, 11500 New Life Way, Bristow, VA 20136 with Rev. Doug Chapman officiating. The family will receive friends an hour prior to the service.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Drug Free America Foundation, Inc., 5999 Central Avenue, Suite 301, St. Petersburg, FL 33710.
