June Loretta Verardo's Obituary
June Loretta Verardo, 83, of Culpeper, died Sunday, October 07, 2007 at her residence. She was born on June 3, 1924 in Williston Park, NY to the late Dean Walcott and Florence Roche Walcott.
Mrs. Verardo was a member of Precious Blood Catholic Church and the Altar Society.
She is survived by her five sons, John E. Verardo, Jr. and his wife, Paula Sue of California, Louis T. Verardo and his wife, Joan of New York, Dean P. Verardo of Culpeper, David J. Verardo and his wife, Stacey of Reston and Matthew A. Verardo and his wife, Dawn of Culpeper.
Additional survivors include two sisters, Connie Beccio and Carol Walcott both of Florida, and eight grandchildren, Krista, Traci, John, Joseph, Elizabeth, Andrew, Vinny and Tony.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her loving husband, John Emilio Verardo.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, October 10, 2007 from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. with a Christian Wake service beginning at 7 p.m. at Found and Sons Funeral Chapel, 850 Sperryville Pike, Culpeper, VA 22701.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, October 11, 2007 at 10 a.m. at Precious Blood Catholic Church with Father Leo Zonneveld officiating.
Interment will be held on Friday, October 12, 2007 at St. John’s Cemetery in Queens, New York.
