June L. Peters' Obituary
June L. Peters, 88 ended her earthly journey at her home in Rixeyville, Virginia on November 19, 2023. She was born on February 24, 1935. She is predeceased by her parents, Seymour and Mary Thompson and husband, Kyle M. Peters, Jr.
She is survived by her brothers; Ron Walter (Jan), Delmer Walter (Linda), Ed Walter (Nancy), and Darrel Walter. Also, her children; Michael L. Peters (Lisa), Kyle M. Peters, III (Wanda) and Mary Peters Gibson (Greg) and grandchildren; Drew Peters, Kelsey Peters, Stephanie Peters, Kyle M. Peters, IV (great grandchild Brayden Peters), and Kristen Peters. She leaves as well her beloved dog, Lizzy.
A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, November 29, 2023 at Found and Sons Funeral Chapel, 850 Sperryville Pike, Culpeper, VA with Pastor Hosub Sung, Pastor Ron Walter and Greg Gibson officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
Interment will be private.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to Oak Shade United Methodist Church (16496 Oak Shade Road, Rixeyville, VA 22737).
