Judith Marian Hardbower's Obituary
Judith M. Hardbower, 81, of King George, passed away peacefully on August 17, 2024 at her home. Judy was born June 3, 1943 to Marian and Aubrey Hardbower.
Judy was a longtime postal worker for the United States Postal Service. After retirement, she enjoyed working for the FredBus company. She loved her time living at Colonial Beach, but Judy particularly loved the ocean and visiting Nags Head. She was a longtime member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles.
Judy is survived by her children, Tina Macleay, of Fredericksburg, Robert Beard, of Tampa, FL, and Angel Sanford, of Molina, FL; her sister, Saundra Raynor, of Olympia WA; her brother, Ron Hardbower, of King George; her sister, Tracey Ashley, of Stafford; ten grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and many other loving extended family.
In addition to her parents, Judy was preceded in death by her daughter, Lisa Corder, and two sisters, Glenna Goble and Brenda Hardbower.
Services will be private.
