I just learned of Judy's passing through FB. I was so sorry to see that she had passed. Judy was a wonderful friend to me and my deceased husband, MG Joe Rigby. There are precious memories of when we were all together; the whole Chase family at their beautiful home in VA. Judy was a warm, gracious, loving woman. I grew up with Kerr and have known Mrs. Chase literally all my life. I have loved her like she was a member of my own family, and have never known a kinder, more wonderful person. She will be missed.
