Joyce Esther Yancey's Obituary
Joyce Esther Yancey, 88 of Culpeper went to be with the Lord April 14, 2026. She was born January 12,1938, to the late Charles Oscar Yancey and Lucille Mae Yancey in Culpeper.
Joyce was predeceased by her two sons, Claude (Swanie) burke and Donald E. Deavers, and three siblings, Arlene Pickering, Phyllis McGowen and Charles Veron Yancey. She is survived by her daughter, Sheila Rinehart; four grandchildren, Larry Rice Jr, Jason Rice, Elizabeth Burke, and Brandon Devers; and her brother, Gerald Yancey.
Joyce was a member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church in Culpeper.
Found and Son will be handling the cremation.
Burial will be held in Fairview Cemetery.
