Joyce Belle Clatterbuck's Obituary
Joyce Belle Clatterbuck, 72, of Culpeper died Sunday, January 5, 2020 at her residence. She was born September 7, 1947 in Elkwood, VA to the late Willie and Lillian Southard Brown.
Mrs. Clatterbuck was the most caring and giving person that you would ever meet. She was a devoted mother, grandmother, wife, sister, aunt and friend to countless people. The number of lives that she touched and impacted cannot be measured. She will always be remembered and greatly missed by all.
She is survived by her husband, Bronson Rios; two children, Charles “Chuck” L. Clatterbuck (Renee) of Culpeper, and Keith A. Clatterbuck of Culpeper; and four siblings, Irene Wright of Elkwood, VA, William Brown (Norma) of Sandston, VA, Lee Brown (Margaret) of Culpeper and Charles Brown (Gail) of Warrenton.
Additional survivors include three grandchildren, Candace Knight (Tommy) of Pensacola, FL, Lilly Clatterbuck of Warner Robins, GA, and Brody Clatterbuck of Culpeper; and two great grandchildren, Ryleigh Knight and Layla Knight, both of Pensacola, FL.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one brother, David T. Brown; and one sister, Lillian L. Brown.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, January 8, 2020 from 6 to 8 p.m. at Found and Sons Funeral Chapel, 850 Sperryville Pike, Culpeper, VA.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, January 9, 2020 at 1 p.m. at Fairview Cemetery with Rev. Lee Brown officiating.
