Joyce Ann Carter's Obituary
Joyce Ann Carter, 67, of Partlow Virginia passed away peacefully on Wednesday January 31, 2024 at her residence. She was born March 25, 1956 in Fauquier Virginia to the late Robert and Hazel Jeffries.
She was a loving mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. She was a hard worker and took care of everyone before caring for herself. She loved spending time with her family and crafting.
She was survived by her husband Taylor James Carter Jr, her children Tammy (Jarrod) Snyder, Debra (Richie) Blasko, Taylor James (Samantha) Carter III, eight grandchildren, three great grandchildren, her sister Naney Gray and brother David Jeffries.
She was preceded in death by her loving parents, Robert and Hazel Jeffries; her brother Robert Frank Jeffries; and her son Wayne Brian Griffith.
A funeral service will be held at 12:30 p.m. on Monday, February 5, 2024 at Found and Sons, 10719 Courthouse Road, Fredericksburg. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Interment will follow in Sunset Memorial Gardens.
