Joyce Ann Bennett's Obituary
Joyce Ann Bennett, 75, of Spotsylvania County passed away Monday, July 18, 2011 at Louisa Healthcare Center.
Joyce was a member of Edgewood Christian Church. She enjoyed flowers, gardening and humming birds.
Joyce is survived by her husband of 53 years, James E. Bennett, Sr.; three sons, James Bennett, Jr. and his wife, Tanya, Steven Bennett and his wife, Jackie and Martin Bennett and his companion, Nancy Trone, all of Spotsylvania; ten grandchildren; six great grandchildren and one sister, Mabel Todd and her husband, Wilmer.
Joyce’s family will receive friends Thursday, July 21, 2011 from 6:00-8:00pm at Found and Sons Funeral Chapels-Cremation Service, 10719 Courthouse Road, Fredericksburg. A funeral service will be held Friday, July 22, 2011 at 9:00am at the funeral chapel with Pastor Herb Cadle officiating. Interment will follow in National Memorial Park, Falls Church.
In lieu of flowers, Joyce’s family requests that expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to Edgewood Christian Church, 9788 Kentucky Springs Road, Mineral, VA 23117.
