Joseph F. Morris' Obituary
Joseph F. "Joe" Morris, 56, of Spotsylvania County passed peacefully Tuesday, Nov. 9, 2021, surrounded by loved ones. He was a successful businessman in Spotsylvania, Virginia. Joe was born in Long Island, New York on February 14, 1965.
Joe is preceded by his parents, Melvin and Judith Morris; brothers, Bobby, Teddy, and Jimmy Morris. Joe is survived by his sons, Jacob and Joshua Morris, and daughter, Abigail Morris of Spotsylvania; a sister, Jennifer Bartlett of Florida; and grandchildren, Miles, Weston, and Josephine Morris of Spotsylvania.
There was nothing Joe enjoyed more than spending time with his family and friends. Joe had a passion for making people laugh and smile. He donated to local charities and helped hundreds of people he had never met before. Joe was a selfless man who was loved by many and will be missed by all.
The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 p.m. Thursday, November 11, 2021 at Found and Sons Funeral Chapel, 10719 Courthouse Road, Fredericksburg. A funeral service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday, November 12, 2021 at Spotswood Baptist Church. Burial will follow in Oak Hill Cemetery.
