Joseph David Klein's Obituary
Joseph David Klein, 38, of Fredericksburg, VA, died on Friday, November 19, 2021. He lived in Fredericksburg 11 years, and he was an Inventory Specialist at the Fredericksburg Regional Food Bank. Joseph was born in Willingboro, NJ. He, also, lived in Springfield, MA and Reading, PA.
Joseph attended Victory Christian Academy, Reading, PA, until 10th grade. He graduated from Reading High School/Muhlenburg Voc-Tech in June 2001. He, then, went on to Reading Area Community College and earned an Associate’s degree in Communications. He was also interested in Criminal Justice. Joe transferred to Kutztown University in Kutztown, PA. and completed his Junior year. It was his intention to matriculate from Kutztown University with a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism. However, he relocated to Fredericksburg in 2010.
Joseph loved to read. He also wanted to author a novel. He wrote a collection of poetry in his teens and continued to write as an adult. He was learning German, loved dogs, old sit-coms on TV, and the old wrestling stars. He loved his family, friends, a good joke and a good beer. He wanted the best for all those that he cared about. He was a wonderful son, brother, and friend. His loyalty to you was sure and steadfast. He would never betray your trust.
Joseph leaves his brother, and best friend, Alfred R. Klein II of this city; his parents Kenneth and Sharon Migliorato of Oklahoma City, OK; his father Alfred R. Klein of NJ; his uncle and aunt Dr. Joseph and Nancy Harris of Oklahoma City, OK; his aunt Flora Harris (uncle James) of Columbus, GA;, his aunt Linda Harris (uncle Ronald) of Springfield, MA; his great-aunt Rosalie Sutton of Springfield, MA; great-uncle Patrick Lewin of Springfield, MA; great-aunt Monica Berry (uncle Dennis) of Enfield, CT; great uncle and aunt Elmore and Cathy Phillips of Philadelphia, PA; his godparents Bernard and Cheryl Harnisch of Chicopee, MA; 12 first cousins Lisa (Richard) Tyree, Erika (Daryl) Ellis, James (Hope) Harris III, Leon (Bianca) Harris, Michael (Jolene) Harris, Tracy Bailey; Sarah Harris, Joseph Harris III; Ronald Harris, Jr., Kenneth (MaryJoy) Harris, Aaron Harris, and Kendall Harris; many second and third cousins; and step-brothers and sisters. Joseph was loved dearly by his family and his many friends. He will be greatly missed!
The family gratefully thanks their many relatives and friends, near and far, for their acts of kindness shown during this time of Joseph’s passing. With special thanks to Carey Sealy and Brandon Paul, for their fundraiser for Joseph. Thank you, Carey and Brandon, for being such special friends to Joseph. He cared about you both very much!
A memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, January 8, 2022 at Found and Sons Funeral Chapel, 10719 Courthouse Road, Fredericksburg.
