Jose was a wonderful man with a smile on his face and a firm hand shake to greet us every time we saw him. He always asked about our family and well being when we would talk with him while doing a great job in taking care of our landscaping needs. We will always remember seeing the pleasure on Jose's face when he and his son hooked the biggest bass we have ever seen come out of Fawn Lake. We will miss him. Our deepest sympathies go out to Maria and his entire family.

José will be dearly missed. He had such a patient and loving sprit to those around him and always took the extra time to connect with the families he helped.

I especially respected Maria and José, being that they worked together, laughed together, and loved together throughout all of life (much like my wife and I have done in our careers together and in life)

We had several conversations about his children and what they were doing and where they were at in life. He always liked to talk about his kids and clearly loved them very much.

My deepest condolences to Maria and the rest of the family.

I was so saddened to learn of Jose’s passing.
Such a sweet, kind and helping person and family. He will be missed, not only by me, but so many others who he helped whenever they needed him. He was a man of many talents and had learned in his lifetime to do so many things, which he used that knowledge to help others. Always willing and helpful and he will be missed.
Cherish the good memories he left behind.

We had a tradition of greeting each other in Spanish, which was always followed by a laugh. In person, the greeting was always followed by a hearty, warm hand shake. He was always so jovial, and kind. Jose was loved by an entire community. We see him everywhere in that community. He will be missed greatly.
